Seminar for tax authorities in BH-Neum 29.04.2010
Actuarial Association in BH in cooperation with the company Deloitte Ltd, Sarajevo within TARA Project of USAID gave a presentation with the theme “Technical provisions treatment in insurance industry in the context of full acceptance of technical provisions change as tax acceptable expense”
The seminar was held in Neum in the hotel Neum on 29.04.2010.
The seminar was rated by the participants with an average score of 4.52 (1-lowest rating-5-highest rating).
In the name of Actuarial Association in BH a presentation was held by the President of Association-Pilav Bakir.
Through the presentation and questions of participants the participants were explained the character of the technical provisions in insurance industry and the dilemma the tax authorities representatives are faced with in respect of the tax treatment of the technical provisions in insurance industry was resolved.
We sincerely hope that this activity will contribute to the modification of Article 16 of the Income Tax of F BH.
